At The NEO Fund, our dedicated teams are the backbone of our mission to empower economically challenged communities. Each member brings unique skills and a shared passion for making a difference. From microfinance experts to business trainers, our team works tirelessly to provide support and guidance to women striving for economic independence. NEO USA

Our international programs are developed and managed by a dedicated team of professionals. By utilizing skilled, in-country staff, we are able to keep our US team small, minimizing costs and maximizing our impact in the communities where we work.

NEO Nicaragua

We began our development work in Nicaragua in 2008, transitioning full-time to microfinance in 2017. It has been our testing ground as we've developed the program that we're now bringing to both Guatemala and India.

NEO Guatemala

The NEO Fund's Guatemala team is dedicated to fostering sustainable development within the country. We began our work there in 2023 amidst crucial pre-planning with ALDEA, a respected community development organization deeply rooted in supporting indigenous communities. This early collaboration has been instrumental in shaping our approach and ensuring our initiatives are culturally sensitive and community-led.

NEO India

Meet our incredible India team in Andhra Pradesh, where the power of women helping women is changing entire communities. Since 2019, they’ve partnered with self-help groups to provide microloans, training, and encouragement—turning small investments into big dreams realized. Today, 300 women are building stronger businesses, healthier families, and a brighter future together.

Our Borrowers
