At The NEO Fund, we believe in the power of collaboration to achieve meaningful change. Our journey began with a vision: to create impactful, sustainable support for communities in need by complementing the incredible work already being done by local organizations. In 2024, this vision led us to Chimaltenango, Guatemala, where we now focus on empowering Mayan women.


Empowering Mayan Women, Enriching Communities

Throughout Guatemala, Mayan women face unique challenges. They are the backbone of their communities, yet often lack the resources and opportunities needed to thrive. Our mission at The NEO Fund is to support these remarkable women by providing them with tools, education, and resources to enhance their lives and their communities.

By collaborating with local organizations, we ensure that our efforts are not duplicating but rather amplifying the essential work already in progress by introducing affordable microlending coupled with free business training and coaching to drive economic change in these communities.
