César is a highly experienced Public Accountant and Auditor, holding a degree from the prestigious University of San Carlos of Guatemala. As an actively licensed professional, César also brings expertise as a Certified Public Accountant, an expert in administration, and a professor in Economic-Accounting Sciences, showcasing his diverse and robust foundation in financial and economic principles.

With over two decades of dedicated experience, César has held significant roles as a General Accountant for organizations such as Asociación BPD (from 2008 to 2024) and Fundación Carroll Behrhorst (from 1999 to 2007). In these capacities, he was instrumental in preparing financial statements, analyzing budgetary execution, managing international donor reports, overseeing program accounting, and developing annual and project budgets. His responsibilities also included meticulous control of project income and expenses, inventory management, and accounts payable, demonstrating a comprehensive command of financial operations. Since 2011, César has also shared his knowledge as a professor at the University of San Carlos of Guatemala, teaching Cost Accounting.
